Never feel as though you're expected to apologise or feel embarrassed for being vulnerable with your honesty. It's what makes us human. It won't make you any less valued. Don't degrade beneath others because they may not be as vocal with making their feelings known. We are just making the most of being young&free, but we are at times oblivious to who we are hurting along the way.. You just need to remain true and resilient to yourself and your morals.

I understand how absurd and how much of a distressing thought this is, however our generation is so wrapped up within a media fuelled world, forcing  constant attempts to make a statement, that we become so easily lost and confuse. Meaning sometimes it takes something disastrous to bring us back down to earth, to put things into perspective and to really see what surrounds us. Never live in limbo, with the constant thought in your head of "what if?".

Don't cut a person off because you’d prefer the exterior of not having a care. It's never worth playing that game. Do and say what you want darling. Learn to say no/ or yes perhaps. It's easy to feel like we're being too open or clingy when surrounded by cool and collected beings, but that's not the case as we're all unique people and no one’s opinion of ourselves should matter but our own. It takes experience to feel free but have fun with people along the way. Take control and learn to understand the meaning behind the feelings.

As a female I believe I change with the seasons and with every passerby. So don't think you've figured me out because I am constantly growing.
